REFUND POLICY

Due to the immediate access provided to our digital products upon purchase, all sales are final.

When you purchase a Lisa Glamour course, coaching session, coaching program, digital product, membership, or other online service, you receive immediate access to digital content or reserve dedicated time that cannot be returned or resold.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted or a coaching session has been booked.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

Instant Access: Your purchase includes immediate access to digital content, including video lessons, downloadable resources, and any included bonuses.

Digital Content: Because digital products can be accessed and consumed immediately, they cannot be returned.

Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds if you change your mind after purchasing.

Failure to Complete the Course: Choosing not to watch or complete the course does not qualify for a refund.

Dissatisfaction: Personal opinions about the content or whether it meets your expectations do not qualify for a refund.

Results: We do not guarantee any specific personal, relationship, financial, dating, or business results, as outcomes depend on each individual's effort and application of the material.

Coaching Sessions

All coaching sessions are non-refundable.

By booking a coaching session, you reserve dedicated time exclusively for you. Because this time cannot be recovered or resold once reserved, coaching fees are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests may be accommodated at our discretion.

Technical Issues

If you experience any technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact our support team. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any access-related issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations, such as duplicate purchases or technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved, we may review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
