INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This Package and/or Course includes materials protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Such materials include but are not limited to written text, workbooks, videos, audio recordings, photos, designs and graphics. Any reproduction or unauthorized use shall constitute infringement. Duplicating, sharing logins, reselling, or uploading Package and/or Course files to sharing sites is considered stealing and copyright infringement and may prosecute such misconduct to the fullest extent permitted by law. Lisa Glamour provides you with this Package and/or Course solely for your personal, noncommercial use and you agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use in compliance with this Agreement. You will not use the Package and/or Course in a manner that constitutes infringement or that has not been authorized by Lisa Glamour. More specifically, you may view, download, print, email and use these materials for your personal, noncommercial purposes only. You may not republish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, display, distribute, share logins, or otherwise use any material from the Package and/or Course for commercial purposes. Additionally, you may not modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, rent, lease, loan, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit or distribute in any manner or medium, including by email or other electronic means, any material from the Package and/or Course.

Only course registrants have access to the course dashboard.

All of the intellectual property of Lisa Glamour are protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content without the prior written consent of Lisa Glamour.

ENROLLMENT

To enroll in a course or coaching session, you must register an account on the Website and provide accurate and complete information.

FEES AND PAYMENTS

You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services as described on the Website.

Payment must be made in full prior to accessing the Services.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the Provider.

REFUNDS

All Lisa Glamour products are non-refundable. You are responsible for full payment of fees for the entire Package and/or Course, regardless of whether you complete the Package and/or Course. To further clarify, no refunds will be issued.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Any information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without the consent of all parties involved.

The Provider agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions, except as required by law.

To access certain features of the Package and/or Course, you may need a username and/or password. You agree to keep this information confidential and not share it with anyone else. If Coach has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have shared your username and/or password with anyone else, or forwarded Package and/or Course material to any other person, Coach has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the website and online Package and/or Courses, in whole or part, without refund.

This Agreement is considered a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Both Parties agree not to disclose, reveal or make use of any information learned by either party during discussions, Or otherwise, throughout the Term of the Package and/or Course (“Confidential Information”). Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, information disclosed in connection with this Agreement, and shall not include information rightfully obtained from a third party.

TERMINATION

The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if policies have been abused.

Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Services, and any unpaid fees shall become immediately due and payable.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Neither nor any Company Release warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the services, Products, information or materials in our Sites in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.

In no event shall the liability of the Provider exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services.

By enrolling in a course or coaching session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Services.
